Blue Texel Sheep Society Sales
Entries are now starting to open for many of the Society sales.
Please be sure to get your sale animals registered in good time.
Most of the auctioneers now use part of the Grassroots PedeWeb system to create their catalogue pages. This allows them to select the animals to be included in the catalogue, but it means they cannot accept entries until the animals are registered.
If you are intending to sell animals in this years sales please do get your applications in early. Applications can be made in one of three ways:
via manage your flock in the Pedeweb on line registry
by emailing an excel spread sheet list which includes the full EID tag number of the lamb, the sex, the date of birth and the litter size full registration number or EID tag number of both the sire and the dam.
or by paper form which can be downloaded from the web site. Alternatively you can ask for a paper application form by emailing [email protected]
Fees until the end of September
Notify only = £2
Notified and Registered in one step £10 ewes and £20 for rams
Previously Notified animals can be fully registered = £10 ewes and £20 for rams
Fees October - December
Notify only = £2
Notified and Registered in one step £12 ewes and £22 for rams
Previously Notified animals can be fully registered = £10 ewes and £20 for rams
Please Note - All 2018 born lambs SHOULD be at least notified BEFORE THE END OF THE YEAR if there is a chance you may wish to register them at a later date.
For 2018 born lambs - The year letter for names is C
