Sired by Cairnrock Fully Loaded and out of a homebred dam by an imported sire, she sold in-lamb to Auchmantle Flock Star. Taking this one home were C A Jessop and Sons, Clleorton, Leicestershire.

Second best at 1000gns was Dovery Golden Girl from Messrs Comer and Simpson, Llandovery, Carmarthenshire. This one is by a Hackney sire and out of a dam by a Millside tup. She also headed back to Leicestershire with Messrs Jessop.

Then came an 850gns call for a one-lamb ewe from Caryl Howells, Caryl’s Blues Fflur. Fully import bred on both sides and again carrying to Auchmantle Flock Star, she was another to head home with Messrs Jessop.

At the same money was Whatmore Ebony-e from Brecon-based Sara Gibbons, with this one being a Whatmore Chaos daughter out of a dam by Hackney X-Factor. She was offered in-lamb to Titanium Game On and was bought by Mike Harding, Abermule, Montgomery.

Two then followed at 800gns, with the first of these being Caryl’s Blues Gail from previous vendor  Caryl Howells. She’s by Cairnrock Fully Loaded and out of an imported dam and sold in-lamb to Trisant Godfather and joined the load back to Leciestershire with Messrs Jessop.

The other at this level was the next in the ring from the same home, Caryl’s Blues Goddess. Again, by Fully Loaded, this one is out of a dam by an imported sire and again sold in-lamb to Trisant Godfather. Buying this one was R E Reed, Blaenmerch, Cardigan.
